Team Fees: Early Bird 355.0 per team + 6.0 Processing Fee; Regular 380.0 per team + 6.0 Processing Fee

Free Agent Fees: Early Bird 90.0 + 2.0 Processing Fee; Regular 95.0 + 2.0 Processing Fee

You can pay in full or submit a $100 credit card deposit to reserve your team spot.

Full payment is due by the second week of regular season play.

Individuals can be placed on a team for $95.00.
